Review before you import.

Supplier preparation

Previews are free. One preparation credit costs $9 USD and unlocks one exact supplier file and mapping, including preparation settings. Re-downloads of that exact preparation do not use another credit. Changes require another credit. Preparation credits are separate from listing-writing credits. No subscription is created.

Files must be UTF-8 CSV or TSV, at most 500 KiB, 1,000 data rows and 100 columns. Review mapped fields, excluded columns, product grouping, prices and warnings before exporting. Errors block export without using a credit. A refunded payment revokes its credit and associated download access.

Supplier API access

API accounts and their credits are separate from browser and listing-writing accounts. Keep the account-management key backed up privately; there is no email recovery. Issue limited operational keys, rotate or revoke them as needed, and use only data and payment methods you are authorized to use. Requesting checkout does not authorize or complete a payment. Export allowances limit file unlocks, not Stripe payments. Rate and capacity limits apply; see the API guide.

Your responsibilities

Use only files you are authorized to process. SKUWEFT does not verify product facts, image ownership, stock, tax treatment, dimensions or your supplier’s prices. You remain responsible for accuracy, legal requirements and your Shopify import choices.

Exports are intended for new draft, unpublished products. Disable overwriting existing products and review Shopify’s import preview. SKUWEFT does not connect to or publish in your store, and cannot guarantee that every file will import successfully.

Free tools and other features

Basic CSV checking and formatting fixes remain free. Review a cleaned CSV before importing; formatting cleanup does not correct unknown or missing product facts. The separate AI listing studio produces drafts requiring your review and uses its own credits.

SKUWEFT is independent of Shopify. Availability may be limited during maintenance. Your source files are not stored, so keep your originals and downloaded copies. See the privacy page for data handling.
